Before the Texans face the Patriots in Foxborough later tonight, you are invited to enjoy this first playoff game of the weekend. It’s a rematch between two NFC teams who faced off in a shootout in Week 6 of the NFL regular season.

NFL.com reports:

Their October matchup, a 26-24 Seahawks victory in Seattle, produced a fantastic amount of offense -- nearly 700 total yards between both teams -- and some excellent defense, with neither unit allowing better than a 36 percent third-down conversion rate. Julio Jones posted 139 receiving yards, Matt Ryan passed for 335 yards and Jimmy Graham paced Seattle's offense with nearly 100 yards of his own.

Matt Ryan has had a season worthy of being named the league’s MVP, as he guided an explosive offense under the direction offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan. They’ll have to find a way to get past Seattle’s tough defense today if they want to advance to the NFC Championship Game next week.
