Introduce Yourself to BRB (Again, If Necessary)

HEY.

The playoffs are starting on Saturday. The Texans will be playing. Because of that, there are going to be a lot of people sniffing around here, thinking about getting on this rollercoaster that is Texans’ fandom, or have already simply started hanging out here this past week. With this big game coming, we wanted to give everyone a chance to get acclimated and meet their new friends. We’ve been waiting for you.

SO, I’m Matt Weston. I’ve been writing here for a few years, wasting my life one post at a time, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I do the weekly BRB podcast with bigfatdrunk. I have an actual job even though SB Nation pays me so much money to do this. I live in San Antonio. And I’ve been a Texans’ fan from the very beginning, because I never had a “team” and they just had to come around at a very impressionable time in my life. If not, I would have been a Jags fan or Titans fan or something—MEOW. Also, this team hasn’t been very good this year despite their 9-7 record.

Anyways, join in below. Whether you are old or a brand new baby, a constant contributor or someone who sneaks around in the shadows, let us know who you are.
