Houston Texans - Kansas City Chiefs is a battle between an undefeated team atop the NFL standings and a team atop (though tied) the AFC South standings. It’s also a battle of standout rookies. Chiefs running back Kareem Hunt and Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson have taken the NFL by storm.
Right now, Hunt appears in line to win Offensive Rookie of the Year. He’s even made an early case for MVP. But Watson has stormed back into the race after going toe-to-toe with Tom Brady and then burning the TItans.
Hunt rushed for 101 yards in Week Four against Washington. He leads the NFL with 502 rushing yards and has 100-plus yards in three of his past four games.
For his part, Watson joined Fran Tarkenton as the only rookie QBs to achieve 250-plus passing yards, four or more passing touchdowns, and a rushing touchdowns in a single game in NFL history.
