The Titans’ offense will look to outscore the Steelers to cover up for a below average defensive unit. The Steelers, on the other hand, are one of the most complete teams in the NFL, with a defense that’s ranked fourth in DVOA and an offense that’s ranked sixth despite the fact Ben Roethlisberger has struggled for large parts of the season.
