Tom Savage has gotten booed a lot by Texans fans. Sometimes it’s because of his performance. Sometimes it’s because a play went awry. Sometimes it’s just frustration that he’s not Deshaun Watson. Regardless of why he hears it from fans, you have to appreciate his level-headed take on people audibly expressing their displeasure and his mature/self-deprecating take on the relationship between fans and players.

If you can’t hear the video, here are the relevant quotes:
Tom Savage: 'It's an entertainment business. They're not booing me. They're booing the product. I'm not going to get gunshy and worry about getting booed'

Tom Savage on fans' booing him: 'I think if they met me, they'd like me, I think.' Drew a few laughs with that one

Props to Tom for not letting a little thing like tens of thousands of strangers yelling at you cramp his style.
