Things to note:

  • Carlos Watkins played the most snaps he’s had in a game this season and got his first NFL career start on Sunday as a replacement for Christian Covington, who was placed on IR last week with an elbow injury. Watkins, however, was only on the field 38 % of the time.
  • Chris Clark returned from injury on Sunday, but only played in 54% of the team’s snaps. Rookie Julie’n Davenport split time with him, playing the other 46%.
  • Ryan Griffin entered concussion protocol after playing just 22 snaps. Stephen Anderson lead Houston tight ends in snaps with 40.
  • The Texans are probably the most banged-up team in the league, y’all.
