To celebrate the start of their slate of the games that the NFL would broadcast on Thursday Night Football this season, NFL Network rolled out a weekly series of commercials advertising that week’s game with the tag line of ‘‘When it’s on, it’s on.” It is honestly one of the more accurate and brutal honest commercials I’ve ever seen. Perhaps it was great foresight on the part of these ad executives to create such a versatile slogan so when like this contemptible tilt between an Andrew Luck-less Colts and a Broncos team led by the three-headed QB monster of Trevor Siemian, Paxton Lynch and [NAME REDACTED] . What other term could you describe a game such as this other than “it’s on”?
Regardless, it’s still football. This is your thread to talk about all that happens tonight. Enjoy!
