This ending feels like it doesn’t have one. The Texans are still playing football. This weekend they are going up another team with a bad record, in a game that doesn’t matter unless you are the Cleveland Browns. Houston gets the San Francisco 49ers, Jimmy Garoppolo, and a young front seven in town on Sunday. It’s going to be fun. The Texans are going to lose in a hilarious way, I think.
I’ll be at the house, reading, and watching off and on until disaster strikes.
What about you? What are you doing? Are you going to NRG Stadium to wear your battle red? Will you be slangin’ it in the parking lot and never actually make it inside? Is your skin going to grow into the couch on Sunday, ripping off like a grilled cheese sandwich when you’ve finally had enough? Or will you enjoy the weather, go shopping, get a Christmas tree, melt the snow you got earlier this week, and live a better life than the rest of us who are watching this game?
Whatever your plans, let us know in the Comments. If you're still trying to figure out what you're going to do, or if you’ll be a stranger in a strange land looking for somewhere to catch the game, pose any queries here; someone might have a suggestion for you. Similarly, if you've got a worthy spot staked out somewhere and want to clue fellow Texans fans in to it, please divulge that information in the Comments as well.
