NFL Network and NFL.com draft guru Mike Mayock has put together his annual solid list of job applicants sorted into a Top Five at each position.
Like other draft boards and prospect lists, Mayock’s will undoubtedly get updated multiple times before the NFL draft arrives, particularly after the NFL Scouting Combine later this month.
In the meantime, here’s Mayock’s first effort at positional rankings heading into the 2017 NFL Draft. For the purpose of discussion here, let’s talk about Mayock’s rankings at the positions most often speculated as the Texans’ likely targets in the first round.
