Your Houston Texans have, to put it mildly, been quiet since free agency opened last week.
ok now the Texans are officially the only team to not sign an outside free agent. https://t.co/RABFb8M2kC

To date, they’ve only re-signed three players—Shane Lechler, Nick Novak, and Ryan Griffin. They’ve seen A.J. Bouye sign with the Jaguars, Quintin Demps sign with the Bears, John Simon sign with the Colts, and Don Jones sign with the 49ers. Although it wasn’t really a free agent transaction, the Texans’ biggest move this offseason has undoubtedly been the trade with the Browns that saw Brock Osweiler sent to Cleveland. There have been rumors of Tony Romo finding his way to Houston, or the Texans showing interest in signing Malcolm Butler to an offer sheet and trading a pick to the Patriots to acquire Butler, but thus far that’s merely speculation.
How would your rate the Texans’ performance in free agency so far? Are there any players that signed elsewhere you really think the Texans should have been able to bring to (or keep in) Houston for a similar price? Hit the poll and then take the conversation to the Comments below.
