NFL News: Cleveland Browns Cut Brock Osweiler

The prized catch of the Texans’ 2016 free agent class is looking for work again.

NFL: Cleveland Browns-Minicamp
“Look here, son, maybe you can get a job installing ceiling fans...”

After sending Brock Osweiler and a 2018 second-round pick to Cleveland a little less than six months ago, Houstonians heard “They’re cutting him right away” followed by “Brock is going to get every chance to win the starting job” to “Osweiler can’t even beat DeShone Kizer”.

Well, now there’s a new headline to add to the Osweiler saga. Brock is unemployed, thanks to the Browns deciding to part ways with him yesterday.

Not quite sure what it says about a quarterback when the two youngest teams in the NFL, teams that have NEVER had a franchise quarterback in their short history, both drop you like a hot potato in the same offseason.

While most of us here know what Osweiler is capable of firsthand, now maybe some other unfortunate team can find out.

Who do you think will sign Brock next? The Los Angeles Rams? The New York Jets? Hamilton Tiger-Cats? Fargo Invaders?
