Ah, the pains of winning the AFC South. The joy of last year takes its toll this year. As division champs themselves, the Texans are forced to play every AFC division winner, so again they get to play their role model, the New England Patriots.
This weekend I’ll be in Dallas, Texas for a friend’s birthday and to visit my brother. I’ll be watching the Texans in a different city in the state of Texas. I have an Andre Johnson jersey, $20 in my backpack, and I’m ready to watch another miserable performance against the Patriots.
What about you? How are you watching? Are you a traveling Texan? Are you meeting up with others? Or are you going to sit in your own personal shame with lights low, black makeup on, and the record scratching some emo music?
Whatever your plans, let us know in the Comments. If you're still trying to figure out what you're going to do, or if you’ll be a stranger in a strange land looking for somewhere to catch the game, pose any queries here; someone might have a suggestion for you. Similarly, if you've got a worthy spot staked out somewhere and want to clue fellow Texans fans in to it, please divulge that information in the Comments as well.
