I’m so happy I don’t have to watch the Houston Texans play again until September. It feels so good feeling good again. As ecstatic I am to no longer watch T.J. Yates flutter the ball around, I’m even more excited for wild card weekend. This weekend is the second best football weekend all year. No more RedZone. No more fantasy teams. No more esoteric obligations. It’s just four games to spread apart and get into.
I’ll watch the games at home Saturday. I may get this instapot cranking and invite friends over,. Sunday, I’ll go hang out with one of my best friends, who is a Carolina Panthers fan because of Nickelodeon and the color teal.
What about you? What are you doing? Are you making any travel plans to see something not seen in years, spectacles like a home Jaguars playoff game, the return of playoff football in Los Angeles, the Superdome rocking, or will you TITAN UP in Kansas City? If not, are you watching at home or going out somewhere? Or are you ignoring it entirely because you are fed up with it all? FUN.
Whatever your plans, let us know in the Comments. If you’re still trying to figure out what you’re going to do, or if you’ll be a stranger in a strange land looking for somewhere to catch the game, pose any queries here; someone might have a suggestion for you. Similarly, if you’ve got a worthy spot staked out somewhere and want to clue fellow Texans fans in to it, please divulge that information in the Comments as well.
