For the first time this season, we can say “Your First Place Houston Texans.”

NFL: Houston Texans at Jacksonville Jaguars Reinhold Matay-USA TODAY Sports (Eliot Harrison): 15, up 6 spots. (Sopan Shah): 17, up 4 spots.

USA Today (Nate Davis): 17, up 1 spot.

Bleacher Report: 17, up 8 spots.

Highest Rank: 15.

Lowest Rank: 17.

After opening the season with three straight losses, the four consecutive wins the Texans have strung together have pulled them into the middle of the pack in the NFL hierarchy. As we approach the halfway point of the season, the Texans look to hit their stride and enter the top half of the power rankings.

What do you think, BRB? Are the Texans in the right spot or do they have it all wrong?
