Who says free agency is over? The Texans are back at it again. Now they have signed an inside linebacker. Josh Keyes, who played with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Atlanta Falcons, Los Angeles Chargers, and Cleveland Browns, has been brought on to play in Houston.
