The Houston Texans’ 2017 season unofficially ended when Deshaun Watson suffered a torn ACL at practice in early November. Since that fateful afternoon, Texans fans have eagerly waited for updates on the condition of their franchise quarterback. We know he’s been cleared to run. We’ve even seen video of him working out with J.J. Watt. Everything’s trending positively.
Of course, it’s always preferable to hear what Watson himself has to say. Last night, he was on NFL Network to talk about his progress back from injury, his relationship with newly signed teammate Tyrann Mathieu, advice he’d give players preparing for the 2018 NFL Draft, and much more. Enjoy.
