Houston Texans’ Personnel/Scouting Staff Finalized For 2018 Season

Throughout the offseason, we’ve stayed up to date on the little bits of news coming from the Texans’ front office. Moving from Rick Smith to Brian Gaine led to a change in the scouting and player personnel department. The biggest changes were the Texans gaining a new Director of Player Personnel, Director of College Scouting, and Director of Football Operations. The majority of the changes occurred after of the 2018 NFL Draft. The organization let go the remnants of Rick Smith’s staff after the work they did was seen through.

Now it looks like the moves are done. Things are stable. The Texans have finalized their personnel and scouting staff for the 2018 season.
