Amidst a whole lot of chatter about Jadeveon Clowney’s future, the Houston Texans wrap up their 2019 preseason by hosting the reigning NFC Champion Los Angeles Rams at NRG Stadium tomorrow night. This will be the final chance for many players to put reasons on film why a spot on a 53-man roster, whether it be in Houston, Los Angeles, or elsewhere, should be earned. It may not be pretty. It may not feature many, or any, first-teamers. But it’s important, especially with Saturday afternoon’s deadline to set rosters looming large.

Here’s what you need to know to catch the final game of the exhibition season.

Kickoff Time: 7:00 p.m CDT on Thursday, August 29th.

TV Broadcast: ABC (Channel 13 for the Houston viewing area).

Radio Broadcast: Sports Radio 610 (AM), 100.3 (FM), and XM 812. NFL Game Pass also provides an audio streaming service.

Online Streaming: Viewers in the U.S. can use the NFL Mobile app if they have a Verizon subscription. Anyone else can use the NFL Game Pass subscription service to watch the game.

Opponent Blog: Turf Show Times.

Twitter: @battleredblog.

Facebook: Sure, you like us. But do you really, really like us?

NFL Network Replay: None listed at this time.

In terms of what we’ll be doing on game day itself, expect “Countdown To Kickoff” to post at 3 p.m. CDT tomorrow, with the first open thread for the game posting at 6:45 p.m. CDT. We’ll add live open threads as necessary, and then we’ll have a post-game reaction thread as soon as the game’s over.
