- With the Texans making close to 40 cuts over the next two days, most of the players who played in this game won’t be on the roster come Sunday.
- In the position battle for the final running back spot, undrafted rookies Karan Higdon and Damarea Crockett each saw 19 offensive snaps. Higdon gained 25 yards on eight carries while Crockett gained 14 yards on seven carries.
- After playing majority of the preseason, Joe Webb exited the game in the second half with an injury that will likely land him on injured reserve. This could mean a spot opens up for someone on the current roster or via free agency.
