2019 NFL Mock Draft: Drafting Based On Need?

A mock draft that’s slightly different than all the other mock drafts you’ll see.

As we kind of just wait around and wait around until free agency begins in a few weeks, there are mock drafts. There will always be mock drafts.

In this edition, SB Nation’s Mocking the Draft completed a mock making selections based on need alone. Here’s the full draft. They have Houston taking Greg Little, offensive tackle out of Ole Miss, once again:

23. Houston Texans: Greg Little, OT, Ole Miss

Offseason needs: Offensive tackle, cornerback, defensive line, tight end

Little might be somewhat raw coming out of college, but left tackles with his athleticism and skill don’t drop far in the draft. The question will be about taking the fourth offensive tackle in the first round, or the third cornerback. Both are big needs for Houston, so this pick will ultimately come down to player grades.

Well, damn, I guess I’ll have to watch this guy. What do you think about Little? Do you see cornerback as a bigger need for the Texans than left tackle?
