About two weeks ago, the NFL (really, CBS) decided to move Sunday’s Texans-Raiders tilt from Houston’s usual early afternoon viewing window to the late afternoon slot. Thus, on what should be an absolutely PERFECT day for tailgating, Texans fans can relax and enjoy the early slate of action before focusing on our beloved team trying to get their fifth win of 2019 later that afternoon. Here’s what you need to know to ensure you don’t miss a second of Deshaun Watson versus Derek Carr.

Kickoff Time: 3:25 p.m CDT on Sunday, October 27th.

TV Broadcast: CBS.

Radio Broadcast: Sports Radio 610 (AM), 100.3 (FM), and SXM 225. NFL Game Pass also provides an audio streaming service.

Online Streaming: Viewers in the U.S. can use the NFL Mobile app if they have a Verizon subscription. Anyone else can use the NFL Game Pass subscription service to watch the game.

Opponent Blog: Silver and Black Pride.

Twitter: @battleredblog.

Facebook: Sure, you like us. But do you really, really like us?

NFL Network Replay: To be determined.

In terms of what we'll be doing on game day itself, expect "Countdown To Kickoff" to post at 8 a.m. CDT as usual on Sunday, with the first open thread for the game posting promptly at 3:10 p.m. CDT. We'll add live open threads each quarter after that, and then we'll have a post-game reaction thread as soon as the game's over.
