Houston Texans Injury News: J.J. Watt Out For Rest Of Season

J.J. Watt is out for the rest of the year after hurting his pectoral.

Sometimes, we just can’t have nice things:

Houston local superhero J.J. Watt is, indeed, out for the remainder of the 2019 season. It looked like a torn pectoral to me in real time, but there’s no specifics as to if it was a muscle or the tendon, the two most likely culprits. Oh, why did I say it was the pec?

NOT FUNNY, J.J.

Clearly, this is a devastating blow to the defense, which is looking more like a MASH unit than an NFL team.

I wonder if the Seahawks will trade us Jadeveon Clowney for Gareon Conley, Jacob Martin, and BIG PLAY Barkevious Mingo?

The Texans’ defense, whose pass rush was essentially comprised of J.J. Watt, just got much, much, much worse.

P.S.: Deshaun Watson is a wizard.
