There were questions whether the Texans would play their starters or not today in the regular season finale against the Titans. Bill O’Brien said Houston is looking to win every game they play; something along these lines. The Chiefs beating the Chargers would be a near lock, and are Kansas City is up by ten as of this publication. The Titans are a good team and winning a meaningless game would be a difficult thing to do to begin with. We just needed some confirmation from the team itself.
The inactives have been posted. Here’s that confirmation. Starters Kenny Stills, Will Fuller V, Bradley Roby, Jacob Martin, Benardrick McKinney, Laremy Tunsil, and D.J. Reader are all inactive. AJ McCarron is expected to start. Deshaun Watson will back up McCarron since Houston doesn’t have a third quarterback.
This is all great news. Rest up. Get ready for Buffalo.

The Titans are without starters Adoree Jackson (who has missed the last few weeks), Kalif Raymond (the victim of a helmet to helmet hit that led to a fumble, recovery, and eventual New Orleans touchdown last week), and Adam Humphries, who has missed the last few weeks as well.
