The 2019 NFL Draft has left people who care about the Houston Texans missing long warm winters, and feeling sharp and splintered. Despite having a first and two second round picks, the Texans didn’t add immediate talent for the 2019 season after sitting on their cap space this offseason. Development. Potential. Eventually. Wasting Deshaun Watson’s rookie contract.

Matt and BFD discuss the Texans draft class, talking specifically about the first round leap frog, Max Scharping’s potential, Lonnie Johnson’s strength and length, a best player available tight end, if that Longhorn can replace Christian Covington, a fullback in 2019, and where the team currently stands.
