The worst moments in pre-season football are the injuries, and the Texans first quarter has been a nightmare.
First, Lamar Miller was carted off the field. When being checked by the doctor on the field, the doctor did the drawer test, which tests the strength of the ACL. We’ll wait for the official team diagnosis, of course, but dang, it does not look good. Miller is coming off a very solid 2018 season.
Shortly after, Zach Fulton was carted off the field after he was rolled up on while Deshaun Watson was being sacked.
I hate pre-season injuries.
UPDATE: Zach Fulton has been diagnosed, per Mark Berman, with mild turf toe.
UPDATE 2: Lamar Miller is believed to have a torn ACL according to Aaron Wilson. An MRI will be done to confirm this diagnosis.
