The second round of the 2020 NFL Draft is dead. Long live the third round of the 2020 NFL Draft!
As I type this on Thursday afternoon, I have no idea what your Houston Texans did with the 40th overall pick. Did they select a player? Did they trade the pick? IS DESHAUN WATSON STILL ON THE ROSTER? PLEASE TELL ME DESHAUN WATSON IS STILL ON THE ROSTER!
If nothing has changed from the time of this writing, the Texans have the 90th pick, which is well toward the tail end of the third round. Will they chose a player there? Will they move up? Will they move down? Will they package the pick and a cracked pair of Bill O’Brien’s spectacles for a Vince Lombardi biography that’s in excellent used condition? The possibilities are infinite.
