Jack Easterby has made a move coming off the Texans’ newest miserable loss to the Indianapolis Colts. Houston is releasing Corey Liuget to give Houston’s younger defensive linemen more playing time in the final two weeks of the season.

Players like Carlos Watkins, Ross Blacklock, and Charles Omenihu should see more snaps now.
The Texans had one major injury last week. Right tackle Tytus Howard suffered a concussion against the Colts and left the game on a cart. Howard spent the night in a hospital in Indianapolis as a precautionary measure. He’s now back in Houston recovering.

It’s expected that Roderick Johnson will fill in for him for the remainder of the season if he isn’t cleared to return.
The Texans host the Bengals this Sunday at noon at NRG Stadium.
