We all have and/or know someone who has “that uncle” or a father who loves dad jokes possibly more than he loves his kids (or so it might seem). In the age of internet videos, some of those jokes go viral for the rest of us to enjoy. Years ago, a video made the rounds on YouTube where an Alabama Crimson Tide fan tried to make his son “git in the Auburn store” and the reaction from the tike was hilarious—unless you’re an Auburn alum.
This year, leave it to a Houston Texans fan to top that with the best/worst gift you could possibly give a young fan.
Worst Houston Texans Gift for 2020:
Hey @DeAndreHopkins, one of my nephews loved his autographed Hop helmet Xmas present. My other nephew wasn’t such a fan of his present. @darrenrovell @StephStradley pic.twitter.com/7vPgRbQxEk

When it comes to Texans gift ideas, signed items from Deshaun Watson, J.J. Watt, and DeAndre Hopkins have topped the list for years now. When someone else does the autographing, the value goes the other way. While it’s fun to watch this reaction, it’s too bad we couldn’t take O’Brien’s legacy and do the same thing with it that the kid did in the video.
What’s the best/worst Texans gift you’ve ever given or received?
