So begins the yearly cycle. A season passes and then is reborn within a month. The 2019 season was laid to rest in a beautiful mahogany casket a few weeks ago. We now stand before a whole new season, and it all starts with the NFL Combine.

Players are already registering and getting measured. These young men will be pushed to their physical limits. They’ll be asked to jump, run, lift, and throw as far as they can. Their psyche will be examined. Vital questions such as “You’re on a mountain in Alaska on a bus going 100 mph. Where are you sitting on the bus?” or the classic “boxers or briefs?” will be asked.

The dates for the 2020 NFL Scouting Combine are available here. The combine begins tomorrow. It will start at 3 p.m. and run through prime time until 11 p.m. this year.

You can catch the action on the NFL Network LIVE in Technicolor. Tight Ends, Quarterbacks, and Wide Receivers are broadcast on February 27th. Place Kickers, Special Teams, Offensive Linemen, and Running Backs are shown February 28th. Defensive Linemen and Linebackers will take center stage on February 29th. Finally, Defensive Backs will perform on March 1st to put a cap on the combine.

A full list of Combine participants is available here.

The Underwear Olympics are upon us! Everyone rejoice and enjoy the action. It may be the closest thing we get to the actual Olympics this year.
