Who’s the best of the rest?

The Texans now have two fourth round selections in the 2020 NFL Draft and four more picks after that. So far they’ve focused on the defensive line with Ross Blacklock from TCU and Jonathan Greenard from Florida.

The fourth round is the final round where teams are drafting to “fill a need”. Usually these picks are high-upside guys who fit the system of the team that selects them. The Texans usually use their late-round picks on special teams players, so don’t be surprised if many of our fifth through seventh round picks are players from skill positions (WR, RB, CB, S, TE).
