Roll down those windows. It’s SNOT time.

Look at that big dumb mountain. Isn’t it beautiful? Some lazy, insolent volcano stretched along the pacific coast, living along the same stretch with his other brothers and sisters. Lassen. Shasta. That one who blew the top of his dome hundreds of years ago after digging a little too deep.

That’s the only thing I currently care about. That’s my monomaniacal focus. Running and stretching and breathing so I can walk all the way around it and keep living like a good little Pilistine. Other things that used to be important are being shedded. The one thing towering above it all, icy and strong, is this Northwest landmark.

Here’s your space to talk about whatever you want: things to do in Seattle, if Olympic is worth a short visit or is better saved for a long stretch of days, how the return of the NBA may look, what it will take for baseball to return, whether there are too many hot dogs and not enough hamburgers on this planet, or whatever else your heart desires.

Enjoy your Saturday night, everyone.
