McCray’s deal is for this season and next which incorporates a $500,000 signing bonus.
McCray entered the league in 2014 as an undrafted lineman out of UCF, but has been able to stretch his career into his sixth season.
In his career, McCray has stopped in Tennessee, Green Bay, Cleveland and most recently Atlanta, where he played in 2020.
McCray has always been a depth piece in his career, never starting more than eight games in a season. Last year, he played in just 14% of offensive snaps for the Falcons.
With the departures of Senio Kelemete and Nick Martin this offseason, it was clear that the offensive line needed to be addressed. McCray now joins Marcus Cannon in helping replace those spots on the offensive line.
