Since Deshaun Watson shocked the world by requesting a trade from the Houston Texans back in January, the hiring of David Culley and Nick Caserio, the allegations of sexual assault against Watson, his decision to head to training camp anyway and his subsequent weekly fixture on Houston’s list of inactives, we’ve been waiting for a trade to be made. Phrases like ‘in talks’, ‘have had conversations’, and ‘are listening’ have been used, but this week that changed. Major Houston reporters announced that a Watson trade to Miami could come as early as the end of this week.

To help you sort through the newest Watson rumors, Matt Weston and his good friend Taylor discussed the newest batch of rumors. Topics include whether Watson will be traded this week or before the deadline next month, what the Miami Dolphins could offer, other teams who can join in the mix if the Texans hold fast to their demands, and the fact that there is really no deadline to trade the quarterback.
Let’s start the show.
