Ladies and Gentlemen, Your Newest Houston Texans!

The draft is over and five new players will don the Texans colors in 2021. Here’s the rundown.

I think we can pretty safely say that the draft didn’t go how any of us expected it to, right? That is, unless you were expecting a lot of trades up and picks that left you scratching your head.

But what’s done is done and our Houston Texans have at least five new players that will be on the roster for the 2021-22 season, which will only increase with the Texans signing UDFAs after the draft.

Without any further ado, here are the five players the Texans took in this year’s draft:

3 (67): QB Davis Mills (@Millsions), Stanford

3 (89): WR Nico Collins (@lbg_nico7), Michigan

5 (147): TE Brevin Jordan (@Brevinjordan), Miami

5 (170): LB Garret Wallow (@gwallow_12), TCU

6 (195): DT Roy Lopez (@RLopez_51), Arizona

(I couldn’t find any highlights from his time at Arizona, so this was the best I could find, from his time at New Mexico State.)

Pretty small draft class this year, especially considering how many holes the Texans have to fill. What do you think, BRB faithful? Sound off in the comments. And be sure to keep up with the Texans’ undrafted free agent tracker which we will be updating as often as we can.
