I think we should all be able to agree that betting on NFL games by NFL players and employees is a bad thing and punishment should be severe. . .

At the same time it feels there is a bit odd that the league comes down hard on players, while accepting the advertising dollars of the Vegas Sports Books during their games. . . In essence leading and encouraging fans who watch their games to bet on the games and teams. . .

They know it harms some, or why the "warning lables" about gambling addiction.

Yes punish those connected to the NFL for game bets. . . . but how about the NFL doing not just as we say, but declinging to take money from that gambling industry. . .
