The Houston Texans are 0-1. The Jacksonville Jaguars are 0-1. At approximately 3 p.m. CDT today, one of those teams will be 0-2 with a division loss. If that team is in fact the Jags, it stands to reason at least part of the reason why will be the sheer number of starters they will be without this afternoon.

This is a game the Texans should have won before the Jaguars were ravaged by injuries. With all the talent Jacksonville will be missing today—including but not limited to Nick Foles, which means Gardner Minshew II will be making his first start under center in the NFL—a loss for the home team today would be devastating. Feel free to chat about that or anything else Texans or Jaguars related here until the first quarter thread posts at 11:45 a.m. CDT.
