The Texans are actually scheduled to make a pick tonight! Rejoice!

The second round of the 2021 NFL Draft begins at 6 p.m. CDT tonight. If you don’t know how to follow the proceedings live, everything you need to know can be found here.

After shrewdly deciding to sit out the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft—because really, who wants to deal with the hassle of deciding whether to exercise fifth-year options on rookie contracts?—the Texans will finally (probably) join the party tonight. Not in the second round, mind you. They don’t have a pick there.

But just you wait until that third round comes, brothers and sisters. The Texans are going to pick a player 67th overall. Unless they trade the pick. Which could definitely happen, as it would surely mean acquiring an additional draft selection or two either this year or perhaps in 2022.

Still, at some point tonight, the Texans will presumably go on the clock. Who or what position would you like to see them target? Discuss that and more as we count down to Day Two of the 2021 NFL Draft.
