During the David Culley introductory press conference, Nick Caserio was adamant that the next step in the process was building a staff. A potential Deshaun Watson trade was far in the future. Barely a possibility, way over the horizon. The only thing that mattered was the Texans’ coaching staff for the 2021 season. One day at a time. Brick by brick.
Mission accomplished! Although several of these hires have been known for some time, the Texans have now officially announced their 2021 coaching staff.
