I believe James Palmer had it first this morning:
Expectation right now is for the #texans to be without their starting LT Laremy Tunsil (shoulder) but will have RT Tytus Howard (knee) back. Not ideal going against a Jags front that ranks third in the NFL in pressures and is the only team with 3 players with 20+ pressures— James Palmer (@JamesPalmerTV) November 3, 2019
Laremy Tunsil missing today’s game is bad news. It’s rough whenever your starting left tackle and the man charged with protecting Deshaun Watson’s blindside is unavailable, but it’s markedly worse against a Jaguars defense that features real talent rushing off the edge. Tunsil’s absence could be a game-changer, and it likely means Roderick Johnson or Chris Clark will get the start at LT.
The rest of Houston’s inactives—Will Fuller, Bradley Roby, Lonnie Johnson Jr., Tashaun Gipson, Tyrell Adams, and Greg Mancz—are no surprise.
Meanwhile, the Jaguars have declared Dede Westbrook, Tyler Ervin, D.J. Hayden, Leon Jacobs, Quincy Williams, Brandon Thomas, and Dontavius Russell inactive.

Does the fact that Laremy Tunsil won’t play today completely change your thoughts on whether the Texans will win in London this morning?
