In tonight’s episode of Sunday Night Football, the Cleveland Browns, still stinging from their epic Monday Night Football loss to the Ravens, head to the Big Apple to take on the New York Giants, who are in striking distance of the NFC East lead and their first playoff appearance since 2016.
The Browns played well Monday, notching 42 points, but their defense could not stop Baltimore’s vicious rushing attack. Today, Cleveland will look to bounce back as they fight to maintain a spot in the AFC playoff picture.
The Giants are also looking to stay in the hunt for a playoff spot and will have to do so without offensive coordinator Jason Garrett, who was diagnosed with COVID-19. Ironically, TE coach Freddie Kitchens, who served as the Browns’ head coach last season, will call plays tonight for the Giants.
