After three road playoff wins, the Buccaneers return home to Tampa to become the first team in NFL history to host the Super Bowl in its own stadium. They’ll have a tall task as the Chiefs are looking to become the first team since Tom Brady’s 2003-04 Patriots to repeat as defending champions.
Brady will have a say in whether that happens as he quarterbacks his NFL-record tenth Super Bowl, albeit his first one with the Buccaneers, who are making their first Super Bowl appearance in 18 years and second in franchise history.
The Chiefs were able to get the better of the Bucs back in Week 12 when Tyreek Hill had a career game with over 200 receiving yards in the first quarter alone. Now, the Bucs have their shot at revenge.
BRB, this is your Super Bowl Open Thread. Enjoy!
