Week 2 Thursday Night Football Live: Giants vs. WFT

In the second Thursday Night Football game of 2021, two division rivals who could not come up with a win in Week 1 will go head-to-head to capture their first win of the season.

The New York Giants struggled to get much offense going with Daniel Jones under center last week. He’ll battle Washington Football Team quarterback Taylor Heinicke on the road, who draws his second career regular season start after Ryan Fitzpatrick suffered a hip subluxation in Sunday’s loss to the Los Angeles Chargers.

Heinicke, a former Texan, played in last year’s Wild Card game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, tossing for over 300 yards and a touchdown. Let’s see if he can bring that magic into tonight’s game.
