While the Texans got a lot of coal in their stockings this year, they did get one gift — a new start.
The Texans’ 2020 season ends in nine days, but it feels like it’s been over since Week 4, after the Texans fired Bill O’Brien. But since then, the Texans were given the gift of hope.
The team is still very far away from waking up with a Lombardi Trophy under the tree, but a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. We also have Deshaun Watson, and that’s already a few steps in the right direction.
In the meantime, snuggle up with friends and family. Savor the holidays. We’ll have our threads scheduled for the games today and tomorrow. We’ll be back Sunday with coverage of the Bengals-Texans game.
In the meantime, from all of us here at BRB, may you and yours have a very Merry Christmas and a fantastic holiday season.
