Welcome to SB Nation FanPulse, a survey of fans across the NFL, powered by SurveyMonkey. Each week, we send 32 polls to 100+ plugged in fans from each team. Texans fans, sign up HERE to join FanPulse.
With Houstonians’ well documented dislike of Dallas and/or the Cowboys, it would stand to reason that the Texans beating the Cowboys could result in a spike of confidence amongst the Houston fan base. Alas, that’s simply not the case.
A week after the cumulative confidence level of those surveyed rose to 21% in the wake of the Texans’ first win of the 2018 season, we only saw a 7% increase when the Texans beat the Cowboys on Sunday Night Football.
How confident are Texans fans in the direction of the team?

Would a third win in a row on Sunday make you more confident about the Texans moving forward? Or would you simply dismiss it as having come against the Bills? Or is your confidence about the directions of the Houston Texans in a rut as long as Bill O’Brien remains Houston’s head coach?
