Demaryius Thomas is officially a Houston Texan, The pride of the University Of Houston, Case Keenum, is a Bronco. John Elway is still a a$$hat.
Things to look out for in this game:
- The Texans’ offensive line, which is in the midst of quite a nice streak, with the run game looking the best it’s been since Arian Foster was wearing steel blue. Not to mention that they’ve only allowed one sack over the past two games which, after watching the unit’s early season form, is quite frankly remarkable.
- All-World LB Von Miller and rookie Bradley Chubb have combined for 15 sacks, making them the most productive pass rushing duo in all of the NFL.
- A big reason for the Texans’ improvement is Deshaun Watson’s bootlegging and move from inside of the pocket to outside of the pocket via increased play action and the implementation of blockers throwing chip blocks to assist the offensive line. Look for Lamar Miller, Jordan Thomas, and Jordan Akins to see some pass pro sets to provide a chip block before darting out into the flat.
Those are just some of the things to look out for in today’s game. This is your place to look out for them. Enjoy the game in the comments below!
