Welcome to another week of Houston Texans Football.

This week, the Texans look to continue their unprecedented run of wins and add a ninth to their streak over a resurgent Cleveland Browns team. The Browns are riding the play of their rookie QB Baker Mayfield, who has looked decidedly better since Freddie Kitchens got control of the offense. The Browns have always been interesting in the sense that watching them is a a cathartic release from whatever your team has been doing wrong. You could always say, ‘‘At least we’re not the Browns’’ and laugh when they said things like ‘‘We’re turning it around! Just you watch, Johnny Manziel is going to be a franchise quarterback!”

However, Cleveland has all the pieces in place to be really good. Mayfield has looked great and he’s partnered in the backfield by Nick ‘‘I Told Ya Suckers On RTJ2’’ Chubb and surrounded with talented playmakers like Jarvis Landry, Antonio Callaway and David Njoku. On defense, the Browns still have Myles Garrett so, y’know, that’s good.

The Browns are talented across the board. There is no punchline here. No banana to slip on. Watching Mayfield duke it out with Deshaun Watson is going to be a treat.

A treat which you can enjoy here with BRB in the comments below.
