NOTES:

  • Rookies Lonnie Johnson and Charles Omenihu saw their first action in the NFL regular season. Johnson recorded three tackles while playing 78% of snaps. Meanwhile, Omenihu recorded his first NFL sack while playing 45% of snaps. It was definitely a 180 in terms of rookie production from Week 1.
  • Rookie OL Tytus Howard also made his NFL debut Sunday, playing every snap at left guard. Roderick Johnson saw his first NFL start at right tackle, but the offensive line was not a bright spot for the Texans. The team surrendered four sacks for the eighth time in a row, dating back to last season.
