NOTES:

  • CB Lonnie Johnson, FS Eric Murray and LBs Christian Kirksey and Zach Cunningham played all 73 defensive snaps against the Carolina Panthers. In contrast, the Texans had just 55 offensive snaps.
  • Rookie QB Davis Mills started his first NFL game, playing in 55 snaps in a loss to the Carolina Panthers. Mills completed 19 passes on 28 attempts for 168 yards and a touchdown against zero interceptions.
  • For the first time this season, David Johnson led all running backs in snaps with 21. Mark Ingram trailed slowly behind with 19, Phillip Lindsay held nine snaps and Rex Burkhead had eight.
  • Tight end Jordan Akins outsnapped Pharaoh Brown 34-31. Akins caught four passes for 32 yards while Brown did not record a catch.
  • Wide receiver Chris Conley saw a season-high in snaps with 49, good for 92 percent of the offensive snaps with Nico Collins and Danny Amendola out with injuries.
