NOTES:

  • The Houston Texans’ offense was on the field for 75 snaps and scored just three points, while the Indianapolis Colts offense was on the field for 48 snaps and scored 31 points. Usually that doesn’t add up correctly, but this is the Texans we are talking about.
  • Linebacker Zach Cunningham’s playing time continues to slip. He played in just 52 percent of defensive snaps last week, and that number decreased again to a season-low 29 percent yesterday.
  • Justin McCray got the start at center in place of Justin Britt as Britt dealt with a knee injury this past week.
  • With Marcus Cannon likely out for the season and Laremy Tunsil out for the next several weeks, Geron Christian and Charlie Heck started at the tackle positions, playing all 75 offensive snaps.
  • Rookie wide receiver Nico Collins returned this week from a shoulder injury that landed him on Injured Reserve. He caught four passes for 44 yards, both career-bests.
